What is HVAC commissioning?+
HVAC commissioning is a systematic process of verifying that heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems are installed, tested, and maintained to perform according to the design requirements and building owner's needs – a thorough quality-assurance check for your HVAC system.
Are your testing instruments certified?+
Yes. All our testing instruments undergo annual calibration to ensure accurate measurements and comply with industry standards. Calibration certificates are available on request.
What payment methods do you accept?+
ENGIC accepts bank account transfers for all project payments.
What services does ENGIC provide?+
ENGIC provides air balancing, water balancing, stairwell pressurisation testing, ventilation system testing, VAV and system diagnostics, HVAC as-built drawings, and commissioning support for commercial and industrial HVAC projects.
Do you guarantee a 24-hour TAB report?+
Yes. All testing and balancing projects include a TAB report delivered within 24 hours of site testing.

ENGIC operates across Sydney and Greater Sydney, including the CBD, Parramatta, Inner West, Western Sydney, Northern Beaches, and Eastern Suburbs. We also service the Central Coast, Newcastle, and Wollongong regions.

Our primary clients are mechanical contractors. We also work with builders, mechanical consultants, facility managers, and property managers.
What equipment do you use?+
We use calibrated Testo instruments (420 airflow hood, 440 dP and 400 differential pressure computers) and IMI TA instruments (TA SCOPE and DpS-Visio for hydronic balancing). Calibration certificates are available on request.
Can you handle both air and water balancing in one visit?+
Yes. ENGIC delivers air balancing, water balancing, ventilation testing, and diagnostics from one team. One booking, one site visit, one point of contact.
What information do you need to provide a quote?+
Mechanical drawings, diffuser/valve schedules, and design airflow or flow rate values. For as-built drawings, existing design or shop drawings are helpful.
